THE MODERN HOME OF AMERICAN GOLF
Located 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is the largest resort currently in development in the country. Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. The Resort will become a leading destination for golf providing an unparalleled experience for those who are advanced players, new to the game, and everything in between. The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.

is hiring an
Overnight Assistant Front Office Manager . The main purpose of the Overnight Assistant Front Office Manager is to provide a high level of guest service, be the manager on duty overnight and to perform night audit duties.
The Overnight Assistant Front Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Front Office on all overnight procedures.
They should also be familiar with the A.M. and P.M. checklist.
Responsibilities
Handle all training with associates to ensure Omni Standards. Communicate with all department managers on continuing basis.
Especially the communication with Night Audit each evening/morning. Handle all guest complaints maintaining a satisfactory impression with the guest on resolving any complaints. Be very familiar with the hotel computer system for training maintenance and trouble shooting. Complete weekly supply inventories to ensure adequate pars of such. Complete rate discrepancy report and make needed changes. Block/assign applicable arrivals for the following day; i.e. V.I.P.'s, ESP's, Special Requests, etc. Prepare group information sheets. Complete check-out with balance report. Complete credit check daily. Adhere to all Systems & Controls of the Front Office and appropriate areas of responsibilities. Assure knowledge and training of Marketing Programs of company and hotel. Work closely with the Loyalty Ambassador to ensure all select guests are being tracked and serviced.
Qualifications
Previous luxury hotel experience is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift. Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills needed. Four year college degree, preferably in the hospitality industry Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs (Opera, Alice is a plus). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
