Contract Specialist/AdministratorLAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Specialist/Administrator for an opportunity in Wilmington, Ohio.The Contracts Specialist reviews contractual agreements with an understanding of the contracting parties requirements based on negotiations; assists with drafting of legal documents as required by the company; collaborates with a variety of stakeholders, including aviation professionals, lawyers, and office staffEnsure the terms of contractual agreements are written in language that is consistent with negotiated commercial terms, legally binding and in accordance with the desires of the parties.Assist company with the continuing management of active contractsReview contract terms and conditions to verify they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely mannerProofread, fact check and edit legal documents for accuracy and consistencyAdditional administrative duties as necessary including the management of contracts within the established Lease Management System.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree2 or more years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably working directly with contractsKnowledge of current and legally binding contractual language and terminologyWillingness to work virtually or in office settingAbility to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for concerns identified by the contracting parties.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English language.Clear adherence to company policies and procurement rules and regulationsGood organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and written form, that considers cultural norms and the clients best interest.Knowledge of the relevant aviation industry is desirable; cargo aircraft maintenance and operations, aircraft leasing, and FAR Part 121All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Why Choose LAUNCH?A team of aviation staffing experts leads LAUNCH.
