We are hiring a full time General Manager. The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Aiding in managing the daily operations of the spaMake sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectivelyHelp to coach and develop team membersAssist in maximize inventory for professional and retail useUnderstand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa's overall performanceTake the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreachEnsures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experienceUnderstands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfactionAssists Manager and Regional Managers in any other tasks neededPreference for 2 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
