Responsibilities: Responsibilities: The Contracts Manager is responsible for activities that span the cradle-to-grave contract life cycle, to lead full contract management including, but not limited to, negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements (TAs), providing contractual management for government customers, including researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations. Working knowledge of different contract types including cost reimbursable, fixed-price, time and material, and hybrid contract vehicles. Compliance with contract specifications and deliverables during the life of the contract, including closeout activities, and experience with OCI terms and mitigation plans. Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work and identifying areas of risk and risk mitigation strategies following company policies and procedures. Maintenance of a centralized file, storage and documentation system for all contract-related material. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Evaluation of solicitations and preparation of proposal packages for Prime and Subcontract solicitations to include completion of price or cost analyses, issue resolution, negotiation and finalization of proposal documents. Also reviews all FAR/DFARS/Agency/contract provisions, statements of work, terms and conditions, and coordinates with the proposal team throughout the proposal phase. Primary liaison/point of contact for all communication with customers regarding contractual/funding matters. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers. Must be able to work through contract issues of varying degrees of complexity and work issues to resolution. Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, be organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years contract management experience. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and management skills with internal and external customers. Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) CON I or II Certification preferred. Must be a US Citizen. Clearance Level: Clearable
