Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, and annual financial budgets as well as analyzed differences and controlsResponsible for maintaining and analyzing the basic data paper of the financial report & general ledger system to ensure the accuracy of the dataEstablish financial team and improve project financial control systemCorporate financing, project merger and acquisition, tax planning, audit and risk control,Experienced with business model development and model profit analysisEnsure that appropriate accounting and business controls are in place to protect the company's assetsStudy and analyze competitors' financial reports and market trends to provide insightful information to help the company make long-term and short-term decisionsSupport and lead ERP startup projects together with IT department of headquarters as head of finance department, supervise ERP monthly settlementMonthly financial settlement and reporting, ensuring B&S/P&L/ cash flow/management reports comply with IFRS GAAP, PRC GAAP requirementsJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, master's degree is preferred10 years or more experience in financial analysis and business model financial analysis (up to 5 years as manager)Work experience requirements: four major companies (more than 3 years) and private industry experience (more than 2 years)Extensive practical experience in accounting (general ledger /FP&A reporting/budget planning/project control), tax compliance and auditingFamiliar with IFRS and local GAAP
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
Expected Pay Range
$150,000-$200,000 USD
