Packaging Operator II

Description:The Packaging Operator II is responsible for safely operating the packaging equipment to package in process products in accordance with the Packaging Order while following SOPs and Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance during operations.Essential Functions:+ Checks and verifies product/outserts/label as per product specification in the batch record, work order and packaging records.+ Checks proper setting and operation of all the packaging equipment located in the packaging rooms.+ Responsible for ensuring the packaging line/room is clean, organized and ready for packaging operations.+ Performs packaging batch record documentation.+ Perform in-process checks during packaging operation and record the data in packaging batch record.+ Checks calibration status of all scales, balance and equipment.+ Responsible for disposal of rejected products and packaging components in the designated area.Additional Responsibilities:+ Performs other functions as required or assigned+ Complies with all company policies and standards.+ May monitor equipment performance.
