Warehouse Manager/Production Technician SERVPRO of Bear New Castle is seeking a talented Restoration Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for performing restoration tasks but also take on the additional responsibility of serving as our Warehouse Manager. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of our warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and minor repairs. Key Responsibilities

Perform restoration production tasks, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and content manipulation, as directed by project managers or crew chiefs.Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools during restoration projects.Take charge of warehouse management, including the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.Oversee the organization and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance to keep them in optimal working condition.Coordinate with project managers to ensure the availability and readiness of equipment, supplies, and materials for restoration projects.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks.Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of restoration projects.Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards in all activities.Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques, equipment, and best practices in the restoration industry.Position Requirements

Previous experience in restoration production, preferably within the fire and water damage restoration industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, vehicles, and equipment.Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and minor repairs.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the crew and project managers.Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various physical environments.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
