Ferguson and its subsidiaries serve customers in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Caribbean.Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support!********Responsibilities***** Responsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders* Proactively communicate order status via phone and email* Prioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priority* Recommend products to customers, based on customers needs and interests* Apply approved processes and procedures where necessary to resolve vendor concerns timely and efficiently* Assist sales team with distribution of sales documentation and product literature* Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders********Qualifications***** Prior sales and/or customer service experience* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook* Results oriented and service minded* Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism* Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing* Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices* The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plusFerguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their familiesgeared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
