OVERVIEW:
The PowerPoint Presentation Specialist will serve as a vital contributor to inline business and existing clients as well as new business and internal communications development. This specialist role is responsible for ensuring all presentations accurately and effectively communicate information to external audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to the firm by formatting PowerPoint documentsCollaborate with other departments to identify presentation goalsAdhere to the Firm’s branding style by creating compelling visualizations of content producedCurate imagery, graphics, and animations that support key messagesDevelop data visualizations, charts, illustrations, etc. to support key messagesManage each project assigned to ensure presentation complies with Firm’s standardsLink PowerPoint to Excel for data updatesDesign slide layouts to ensure compliance standards and deadlines are metEnsure all materials and/or projects receive proper approvals before distributionAnd other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of related experience in a corporate environmentExpert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft products is requiredComfortability with Adobe SuiteAble to work independently and as part of a team in a highly pressured environmentGreat organizational skills and attention to detailAble to multitask, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them in a timely mannerAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to focus on quality and accuracy in work product, as well as be detail orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oralMust be available for all training classes to learn new skills and equipmentMust be able to make decisions from a technical point of view
