Concrete Forms Carpenter

We are currently accepting applications to fill immediate positions for form carpenters. Candidates must have own transportation, be willing to travel and be highly motivated. Essential ResponsibilitiesPerforms any combination of the following duties on construction projects, usually working in a utility capacity and by transferring from one task to another. Activities include but are not limited to:Build and set forms out of wood, metal and Symon formsHelp pour concrete into formsTie rebarStrip forms after concrete is setClean forms and prep for next projectProficient in measuring and cuttingAble to work at heightsAbility to work without close supervision once directed on taskObeys and follows all safety rules on the job site and encourages others to do the sameMaintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a taskTools and Equipment:Hard Hat Tool Belt Leather Work Boots Safety Glasses Shovel Hammer Carpenter Pilers Utility Knife Tape Measure Chalk BoxSpeed Square Physical demands of this position include lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally; 50 pounds frequently along with frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling.Must be able to work outdoors, at heights and travel as needed.EOE/M/F/D/V
