Description
Breezy Point Sports is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to work at our Ice Arena. The Administrative Assistant position provides overall clerical assistance to the General Manager of Breezy Point Sports, Inc. Administrative duties include the successful operations of the Breezy Point Sports Arena, Breezy Point Hockey tournaments, Breezy Point Camps, and Breezy Point Sport's websites, Facebook page and Twitter accounts. Part time year round position up to 25 hours per week. Working Monday to Friday during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements
Responsible for answering phones, voicemail messages, return calls and forward all messages to appropriate personnel.Update all websites, Facebook pages, and Twitter accounts when needed.Assist the General Manager in the operations of the Arena's concession areas.Maintain all files and records, handle billings, requisitions and purchase orders.Process Accounts Payables and ReceivablesKeep all forms and logs inventoried, updated and posted.Track and file all waivers of liability for open hockey and skatingTrack and file all customer contracts.Work with Supervisors and post employee schedules in the payroll attendance software.Help onboard newly hired employees.Assist the General Manager with time card approvals.Answer and return tournament registration questions and tournament registrations.Assist the Tournament Director during hockey tournamentsPerform any other duties as assigned.Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
