Intermediate Architect
at their Fort Lauderdale studio to drive projects in Senior living, Multi-family and Public works. This is an intermediate role, and the individual will work with the principal directly and take design direction from the Sr designer and Principal. This is an in-office working role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with all aspects of the architectural design and delivery processDevelop appropriate design solutions for projects through various phases(SD,DD,CD)Contribute to the detailed preparation of design and construction documents, incorporating 2D data, materials, drawings and documents in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D ModelingREQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONMin 5 years of post-graduate Architecture experienceCandidates should be able to work with a creative team, produce and oversee construction documentation details, and manage projects through constructionProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch-Up, and Revit (is a plus)Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workExperience with large projects, city projects, Multi-Family, Senior Living would be an added advantageExcellent Technical skills and ability to make detailed technical documentsAble to work independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design effortsCOMPENSATION, BENEFITS & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSCompetitive base salary with healthcare coverage3% match of annual salary towards 401k after the vesting periodCandidates are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide evidence of suchWhat's your citizenship / employment eligibility? *
