Job Title: Quality Technician

Schedule: 1st Shift, Fulltime, Qualifies for Overtime
Purpose of Position:
Perform accurate product inspection, testing and auditing of materials and products and processes as instructed .
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving inspectionProduction floor process / product auditFinal dock auditRoutine lab testingProduct nonconformance reporting / resolutionCorrective ActionGage care and maintenance as directedPerform measurement and testing procedures accuratelyWork independently without direct supervisionAble to perform multiple tasks through to completionAssist in the timely resolution of nonconformance issuesTimely and detailed communication to supervision and management (written and verbal)Other activities that support the overall quality systemRequired Minimum Qualifications:
High School DiplomaDemonstrated aptitude / abilityPrior experience in manufacturing / quality control / inspection environment

To comply with these laws, and in conjunction with the review of candidates for those positions within Avon that may present access to export controlled technical data, Avon must assess employees' U.S. person status, as well as citizenship(s).
