Full Time | Remote, Rockville, MD, US30+ days ago | Requisition ID: 1117Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst. The selected candidate will help lead the implementation of a training and change management program for manufacturing software applications. Manufacturing experience is not required.ROLE:You will work with a geographically dispersed team of project managers, executives, technical writers, manufacturing and software process engineers, and OCM practitioners to evaluate manufacturing software application end users’ needs, business requirements for training, and lead the development and execution of a training and change management program for manufacturing employees.RESPONSIBILITIES:You will develop, coordinate, and execute OCM activities including stakeholder assessment, communications, and training material development and delivery.You will help plan, coordinate, track, measure, and execute the following training activities:

Help evaluate manufacturing applications through stakeholder interviews and training material reviews to determine what existing training materials could be used, and what materials need to be created or customized.Communicate closely with a team of manufacturing process engineers who will develop manufacturing processes, and manufacturing software procedures.Coordinate and assist with training material development and publication, training scheduling and execution.

You will help plan, coordinate, track, measure, and execute the following communications activities:Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and design, develop, deliver, and manage communications to help prepare employees for manufacturing process and software tool changes.Coordinate changes with sponsors, change agents and targets, and form and lead change agent networks.Establish metrics for measuring the success of change initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS:You are familiar with OCM methodologies and can develop and execute OCM strategies, communications, and plans.You are a critical thinker and a self-starter. You can jump in and identify problems and corresponding solutions without explicit instructions, and can find creative ways to solve problems.You are a team player who can work well with individuals from all levels of an organization, and can win over stakeholders. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.A keen eye for details and a strong aptitude and interest in writing and following established style guides and processes is required.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Desired:

Change Management Certification (i.e., PROSCI)OCM experience with large system implementationsTechnical Writing or Project Management background a plus
