Onibex, a fast-growing technology company, is looking for a Cold Selling Specialist to generate new business opportunities and close sales by proactively reaching out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques.• Based on or close to Corpus Christi, Texas• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills• Full-time job with possibility of working flexible hours• Hybrid Job• Base salary with and attractive commission schema that could double your salary!
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers, understand their needs and requirements, and promote company solutions that can address those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Track sales activities, update customer information in the company database, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, and work with the team to achieve overall company goals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and build industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing and cold sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of use of technology and systems (Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales, Apollo and Rocketreach)
- Compelling and persuasive communicator with passion for sales and motivation to achieve the targets set.
- Availability to work in team and independently.
