** Coordinator--Warehouse****Job Category****:** Coordinator **Requisition Number****:** COORD03959 Showing 1 location RM-Orangeburg, SC1 Remote LocationOrangeburg, SC 29117, USARM-Orangeburg, SC1 Remote LocationOrangeburg, SC 29117, USA**Job Details****Description****Summary**The Coordinator manages our warehouse operations for the South Carolina rural education field office, and will be responsible for maintaining the overall cohesive day-to-day needs of the facility, including tracking, scheduling, and receiving deliveries of in kind donations, managing vendor services, ensuring that any necessary supplies are requested, event support and setup, and that the operations of the warehouse are conducted in a safe manner. You will be responsible for asset management including inventories, and facility management.**What Youll Be Doing:****Serve as primary point of contact for STC warehouse operations and logistics (60%)*** Schedule and receive all shipments* Conduct accurate and prompt inventory of all shipments* Coordinate and facilitate partner pick-ups and distributions* Coordinate with Operations Coordinator and Sr. Specialist, Operations to ensure all established Gift in Kind (GIK) timelines are met**Support new community partnerships and relationships (20%)*** Support state-based special community projects such as community outreach events, food distribution projects, and Pop-Up events* Increase reach with new partners by providing logistical and delivery support**Support Operations Coordinator with fleet and facility safety and maintenance tasks (10%)*** Assist with service appointment logistics* Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant will all required safety and material handling policies and protocols* Provide general facility maintenance support such as changing air filters, replacing bulbs, assembling furniture and equipment as needed**Other duties as assigned (10%)****Required Qualifications:*** High School diploma, plus at least two years of relevant experience* Demonstrated warehouse and facilities experience* Proven experience working in a role that has customer service, scheduling and responsibilities, and skills in working with several aspects of operations* Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs without assistance* Proven ability to interpret and follow policy or supervisor guidance* Demonstrated ability to oversee the activities of others in a defined area, without having supervisory authority* Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little oversight.* Professional proficiency in spoken and written English* Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at all levels, whether internal or external* Demonstrated commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belongingThis position may require the incumbent to operate a motor vehicle to fulfill certain essential functions of the job.
