**Applicant Portal**: **Job Details: Warehouse Coordinator**Vacancy NameWarehouse Coordinator Job DescriptionA **Warehouse Coordinator** is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods including, but not limited to, materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:****PURCHASING*** Ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.* Responds to field communication, locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.* Administers on-line purchasing systems.* Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.**TOOLS, FLEET & INVENTORY*** Maintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status.* Manages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system.* Issues inventory report, in/out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report.* Returns all materials not required on a project or that were delivered incorrectly.* Responsible for tool inventory and control: Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools* Updates and maintains inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite.* Perform other duties as assigned* Shipping / Receiving**ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:*** Excellent documentation and communication skills.* Strong interpersonal skills.* Ability to multi-task effectively.* Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.* Ability to organize and prioritize your own work schedule and the work schedules of others on short-term basis.* Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.* Willing to travel if / when needed.**COMPUTER SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:*** Solid working knowledge of use of the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Oracle, etc.)**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:*** Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.* Forklift operating experience/certification* Valid Driver LicenseLocation CityLakeville Location StateMN
