As Operations Manager, you will lead the operations team that includes coaxial cable manufacturing, assembly operations, planning, and maintenance.

Whether it's cables, connectors, antenna systems, or RF conditioning products, the organization remains the preferred choice for those seeking the highest standards of performance and quality in RF solutions.DescriptionDevelop strong and effective departments by providing positive and objective coaching/mentorship of team managers and leaders.Implement an optimal organizational structure to grow the facility.Focus on results: drive the teams to achieve OTD, quality and financial metrics including revenue and profitability targets.Participate in establishing Operations goals and objectives.
