MLee Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Case Management to join the leadership team of one of our esteemed independent hospitals near Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, onsite role offers unparalleled benefits—see details below!
Director of Case Management Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24-hour leadership for clinical practice and operational functions in case management.
Develop and supervise the case management team.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards.
Lead the assessment, development, and evaluation of safe, cost-effective care.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, and the community.
Be accountable for the cost-effective financial performance of resources.
Conduct regular staff meetings and address competencies.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Current licensure to practice in the State of Ohio.
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years' hospital experience; prior management experience is a plus.
Current certification as a Case Management Administrator is preferred.
