TRAINING IN BROADVIEWMust be willing to work flexible schedules and work in other departments includingweekends and holidaysAbility to setup machines, conduct basic troubleshooting, loading, films, settings, monitors to assure all is running efficiently.Ability to work in a standing position for entire shift including climbing steps and laddersMonitors and assists with equipment upstream/downstream to ensure continuous operation.Follow packaging schedule, quality control and sanitation procedures concerning, weights, packs, descriptions, Best Buy dates, cleanup and changeoversMaintain a clean, organized and safe work areaAbility to clean machines and work area properly during and after production runs or changeoversObserve all plant safety, GMP and allergen procedures and attend appropriate training sessions.Ability to assist in other departmentsResponsible for manufacturing, distributing and consistently maintaining safe and quality food by following good manufacturing practices, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP and SQF requirementsResponsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to your supervisorResponsible for collaborating with others; Sharing knowledge, skills and information within your team and across functional areas.Responsible for enhancing technical and functional competencies, as well as professional and leadership developmentMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsFollow supervisor's directives and be able to support the shift team as needed.Requirements
