Position Overview: As the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will be a key leader within our dynamic marketing team, spearheading our digital initiatives to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and sales across global markets. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Lead a talented team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to achieve departmental goals.Oversee all aspects of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending strategic investments accordingly.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in digital marketing leadership roles within the consumer goods or healthcare industry, ideally within the food supplement sector.Extensive experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.Deep expertise in digital analytics tools and methodologies, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Why Join Us:
