Your Mission:

The Warehouse Admin is responsible forgetting the right product to the right customer on time and damage free by managingthe daily flow of the orders throughout the warehouse. The primary product lines you'll overseeinclude our sturdy medical devices, ranging from canes to wheelchairs, in-homehospital bends and everything in between. These products are critical to thelives of our customers and you'll be a part of leading this team in drivingbest-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and of course, our People.

MainActivities

•Motivating, organizing and encouragingteamwork within the workforce to ensure management's set goals are met.

•Assist in developing processes withinthe shipping dept and monitoring the departments performance and progress.

•Responsible for releasing the ordersthrough the VL10G and VLO6P screens and the printing of TO's.

•Communicating with the Supply changehelp desk daily to insure must ship or problem orders are taken care of in atimely manner.

•Monitoring regular reports (examplesincluded but not limited to VLO6O and LT23).

•Working with the shipping supervisorinsuring all orders are shipped in a timely manner.

•Check for proper safety measures whileworking.

•Develop an attitude of support and fosteran environment of continuous improvement.

•Maintain a clean, orderly, and safework area.

•Other duties may be assigned.

•Ableto manage multiple tasks.

Your Education and Experience:

Required:

•H. S. Diploma or equivalent

•Read and speak English

•Basic math skills

•Proficient in MS Office Suite, notably Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

•Analytic and proficient with numbers

•Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Preferred but not Required:

•SAP or Warehouse Management System experience

•UPS/FedEx processing/billing type of experience

Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics thatwill enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirementsof this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking,standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50lbs.Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May besubject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.

This is a first shift position Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. With over time as needed.
