This is a senior/lead level role that will include responsibility over our flagship software program. As you progress in this role you will gain continued UX experience, as well as cross-functional exposure to ecommerce, product management, and web development. This role has the potential to eventually promote into a Lead UX Designer or an Associate Director level position.What is the team like?

You will work with the other Senior/Lead UX Designers and be supervised by the Director of UX Design. You will also be mentored by the Chief Product Officer and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented.
