Our sales team is an integral part of our dealership. As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.Pay:
$70,000 - $120,000
What you'll do:Meeting and greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs by asking questions and listeningDemonstrate vehicles, includes test drivesNegotiating deals with our customers and closing the salePresent financing options along with lifestyle products i.e. Service Contracts, etc.Upon completion of the sale working with the customer to obtain insuranceDeliver vehicles to customers ensuring they understand the vehicles capabilitiesReport to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesKeep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customersAttend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturerWhat it takes to succeed:Passion and drive to succeed while serving the customerMaintaining high CSI for the brand by providing a high level of serviceBeing an innovator in the Automotive industryPeople-centric focus with tenacity for salesIndustry knowledge on competitor brands and modelsValid in-state driver’s licenseAbility to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standardsAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USAAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.It's time to make the most important move of your career .
