Offshore Performance Tester - Bagavathi Pillai

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Conduct load and performance testing using JMeter and JavaScript.

Collaborate with the team to understand the performance requirements and objectives.

Design and develop performance test scripts.

Execute performance tests and analyze the results.

Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Work with the development team to optimize application performance.

Provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met.

Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and techniques.

Document test plans, test cases, and test results.

Must Have:

6 to 7 years of experience with load and performance testing
