BDC Representative (Business Development Center) Representative Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle Internet Leads, including inbound/outbound phone calls as they pertain to automotive inquiries.Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership products, services, policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Email, and Text.Conduct telemarketing and Internet related sales/service campaigns.Schedule appointments for customers through Internet Sales / Business Development Manager.Complete various administrative duties as asigned.Qualifications:Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, email, text, and face-to-face.Proficient basic math and writing skills.Proven customer service skills to drive customer loyalty and engagement.Thrive in a high-paced, competitive environment.Pass drug test, background investigation, and pre-employment assessment.Benefits:Competitive Pay PlanMedical / Dental / Vision / 401K / Disability and Life Insurance / Paid Vacation and HolidayInternal opportunities and ongoing training.Employee discountsAbout Us:
