This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects, managing creative team workloads, and serving as a liaison between our business partners and the creative team. The ability to manage multiple projects, maintain quality control, and communicate effectively will be essential to the success in this role.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Utilize Adobe Workfront to track and manage marketing projects, ensuring they remain on time and meet quality standards.Work closely with the marketing team and operations manager to understand project priorities and deadlines.Coordinate and manage the creative process, including assigning tasks to the creative team and monitoring their workloads.Act as a liaison between business partners and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.Serve as the voice for the creative team, advocating for their needs and priorities within the organization.Assist with the management of our third-party print vendor, ensuring projects are executed with precision and timeliness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.Provide administrative support to the marketing operations manager as needed.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other appropriate degree from a four-year college or university.0 - 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Understanding of the creative process and the ability to manage creative team workloads.Experience in marketing or creative project management is a plus.Effective project management skills and ability to organize and re-prioritize, while operating within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNonePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
