As an Assistant Partnership Manager, you will assist develop and manage relationships with strategic partners. You will help manage and execute partnership projects with partner brands in key sectors including but not limited to comics, music, gaming, TV and film entertainment. You will assist with day-to-day project coordination, meeting essential metrics through different partner programs, marketing, and new integrations. This is an essential role on the Digital & Partnerships team. You have a good mix of skills including an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions and a desire to increase growth of our business.
What You Will Do
Supporting the strategic objectives and interests of WEBTOON and furthering these objectives through meaningful partnerships
Assist Partnership Manager to identify strategic marketing partnership opportunities; assess monetary and non-monetary contributions of the partnerships; brainstorm for ideal forms of partnerships; and execute partnership campaigns optimizing and tracking the performance for most desirable results.
Draft compelling propositions and clear pitch decks
Work with a broad range of team members in Content, LCM, Marketing, Legal, and Brand Safety to successfully execute partnership campaigns
Manage success metrics – monitor partner campaign performance and make suggestions to adjust the tactics as needed
Who You Are
2+ years marketing and/or marketing partnerships experience in entertainment
Experience in running successful digital cross promotion campaigns with brands
Hands on experience & knowledge of social media platforms, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube required
Deeply engaged in webtoon, web comics, animation sphere online
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing projects at scale and delivering results
A self-starter with relentless drive and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong verbal and written communication skills
