SAP Success Factors ECEXPERIENCE:
5 YRS to 10 YRSLOCATION:
Kolkata/Hyderabad
Good to have:
5+ Years of Experience
Minimum 2 years of configuration/functional experience with any of Success Factors-Recruiting/Onboarding or Employee Central Modules
Take responsibility for the delivery of large global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects
Assist in Production support tickets and year-end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Partner with IT personnel to assess and validate existing and resulting solutions to ensure quality of system and business needs are met
Align SuccessFactors solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives
Specific experience implementing integration to or migrating from back-end SAP ERP HCM is desirable
Ability to manage and track project issues, risks, and change requests
Lead and motivate multiple project work streams
Support pre-sales activities and presentations
Work closely with customers and partners, field personnel, and engineering team, while taking into account industry best practices in developing and driving the Platform product roadmap
