In this role you will work directly with the Senior Vice President and the senior leadership team in providing counsel in a rapidly changing business environment in a hybrid work environment. You will be identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction. You will lead execution of major HR initiatives, facilitate positive change management, and culture.In the HR business partner consulting model, this role is directly, or in partnership with other HR centers of excellence, responsible for area of focus including but not limited to the following: performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, training and development, compensation and compliance.Responsible for building strong relationships within all levels of the organization to proactively develop and execute human capital plans that will positively impact the company and achieve both business and organizational goals.In this role you must have the ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization. The ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy is a must.You will accomplish this by:Establishing and maintaining business relationships with leaders by gaining understanding of strategic objectives and providing sound HR counsel to support strong performance and productivity.Partnering with business leaders and HRBPs within the company to identify solutions, process improvements and changes needed to achieve business objectives.Partnering with business leaders to identify talent needs and development plans for succession planning.Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on relevant data to ensure consistent process improvement and positive change.Identifying staff needs and initiating communication, ad-hoc training and interventions to address management and employee development and performance issues.Required QualificationsAt least 7 years of relevant overall experience.6+ years forward-thinking HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience at an exempt level, including experience supporting operations functions with large number of employees.Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as required per business needs.Preferred QualificationsProven HR technical knowledge including employment law.Demonstrated experience and ability in handling ER issues through investigation to resolution with assigned business.Experience with compensation, recruiting, organizational design, and talent management.Thorough working knowledge of employment law, specifically in the areas of employee performance/relations, FMLA and ADA.Experience using an automated HRIS system.EducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
