Your primary focus will be on leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and work with the inventory manager to ensure optimal stock levels.Collaborate with the purchasing department to replenish inventory as needed.Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase vehicles and increase sales.

Financial Management:Monitor sales performance against targets and budgetary constraints.Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures.Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies.Stay informed about changes in automotive industry regulations and standards.Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as finance, service, and marketing, to ensure coordinated efforts.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote teamwork and morale.
