You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and sales tasks.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Understand construction fundamentals while being able to read and comprehend construction documents* Track upcoming bid opportunities* Develop proposals for end users under the guidance and supervision of a National Account Service Rep.* Go through potential sub-vendors for upcoming bids/projects, addressing issues that current customers bring up from services rendered* File and execute agreements* Perform tasks that may be repetitive such as downloading documents, setting up folders, completing excel and word documents, etc.* Work closely with Sales staff to complete tasks efficiently and on time* Attend sales meetings as mandated by manager**Qualifications:*** Must be currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering degree program* Must be able to coordinate well with others and be able to make phone calls to vendors, project managers, engineers, etc. regularly* Proven ability of performing work and meeting deadlines with minimum supervision* Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software**Employer may test prospective employees for the presence of drugs, but must first inform prospective employees that they must undergo testing.
