About the role
We're on the hunt for a creative and innovative Designer to join our dynamic team at Arena Club. This role is crucial for bringing our digital marketplace to life, ensuring it's not only functional but visually stunning and user-friendly. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. Your designs will be at the heart of our mission to transform the collectibles space, requiring a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital design trends.
What you will do
Join our team as a Digital Designer to bring innovative designs to life in our digital marketplace. You'll craft visually stunning designs for our website, mobile apps, and promotional materials, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll turn user feedback into actionable design improvements and play a key role in mobile app development.
Minimum requirements
Experience: 2+ years in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating graphics, layouts, and interfacesSkills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), FigmaCollaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to clearly articulate design conceptsProblem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilitiesTime Management: Skilled at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of design experienceAdvanced degree or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related fieldsExperience in mobile app design for iOS and Android platformsDeep knowledge of UX/UI principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testingAdvanced skills in design software and knowledge of web and mobile app development technologies. Familiarity with motion design software is a plusProven leadership and project management skills, capable of leading design projects from start to finishInterest in sports, collectibles, or digital marketplaces, with knowledge of current trends and technologies in these sectors
