Patient evaluation- medical history, review pertinent imaging/reports, physical examTake and review X-raysDiagnosis and treatment plan formulationCommunicate with patients their ROF, diagnosis and treatment goalsEducate the patient about care plan options, therapies, modalities, lifestyle modifications, nutrition and the benefits of continued chiropractic careMaintain accurate patient medical records and notesChiropractic Care- Adjustments- CBP and Pettibon, rehab exercises, and various therapeutic modalitiesCollaboration with the other doctors and staff within the practiceWellness and ongoing maintenance careRequirements:
A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college (DC)Chiropractic license in INFully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in INSchedule:
Full-timeMonday:7-12, 3-645Tuesday 8-330Wednesday: 7-11, 3-645Thursday: 12-630Friday:7-11Salary (range):
$85k- $110k per year (depending on experience)Benefits:
