Position Overview:As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our multi-branded franchise locations across several states. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of our franchise portfolio.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve operational objectives and financial targets.Provide leadership and direction to regional and district managers in the execution of operational plans.
Multi-Unit Management:Oversee the performance of multiple franchise locations, ensuring consistent operational standards.Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to drive excellence in customer service and brand representation.
Operational Efficiency:Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all locations.
Quality Assurance:Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of products, services, and customer experiences.Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives.
Financial Performance:Work closely with the Vice President of Finance to monitor financial performance and key operational metrics.Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and cost management.
Franchisee Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and partners.Provide support, guidance, and resources to ensure the success of franchise operations.
Team Development:Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion:Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for market expansion and new franchise development.Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is a plus.10+ of experience in multi-unit operations management within the franchise industry.Proven success in driving operational excellence and financial performance.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as needed to various locations.
