- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive the company's growth and profitability.- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources.- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
