Federal Business Development Manager . This is a full-time and hybrid position.
Roles & Responsibilities:Create pipeline of existing and new federal clients to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makersDevelop and implement strategic plans to penetrate accounts and expand businessIdentify growth opportunities by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication with the clientResponsible for business development and capture efforts to successfully identify client needs, and collaborate with proposal team to translate requirementsConduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activitiesPrepare and deliver compelling capability presentations and technical proposals to prospective clientsAttend events and network with relevant stakeholdersAdditional duties as assignedRequirements
5+ years of experience identifying and maintaining client relationships with various agencies within the Federal GovernmentBachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or related field. Technical degree is a plus.Proven ability to navigate federal clients and identify and build relationships with key decision-makersDemonstrated success in selling technical solutions to federal clientsDemonstrated ability to use federal contract sourcing tools to identity opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to demonstrate resourcefulness and strategic thinkingBenefits
