Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist, Tenant Advisory. This position is responsible for leading pursuit strategy and planning, serving as the primary marketer for a high-performing team within our Mid-Atlantic Tenant Advisory practice. Key responsibilities include spearheading pursuit strategies, crafting compelling proposals, and managing client-facing materials across both print and digital mediums. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. High proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a deadline-oriented setting.It is also the responsibility of the Marketing Specialist not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with clients but also to focus on productivity and results.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Lead Pursuit Strategy and Planning: Spearhead pursuit strategies and plans for marketing efforts, working in close collaboration with Tenant Advisory leadership and team members. Drive initiatives that enhance marketing efforts and align with team objectives.

Content Creation and Coordination: Ideate, write, design, and deliver proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, ensuring they are on brand and meet required deadlines. Responsible for carrying assignments from initial kick-off through submission and/or completion.

Business Development Support: Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities.

Deadline Management: Ensure the timely completion of multiple marketing projects, maintaining high efficiency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Industry Knowledge: Learn and understand Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory portfolio of work to effectively contribute to marketing strategies.

Resource Management: Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems to support the marketing team’s efforts and streamline Tenant Advisory requests.

Special Projects: Collaborate with other marketing team members on special projects to elevate the quality of marketing efforts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :3+ years of professional experience in a marketing position, preferably with a brokerage firm or other professional services firm. Prior experience in the A/E/C or CRE industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Architecture, or Business.

Confidently lead business development discussions, strategically collaborating with senior leadership to craft winning strategies and compelling narratives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Efficiently develop clear infographics, schedules, organization charts related to pursuits with little oversight from creative director. Excellent understanding and use of foundational graphic design principles (hierarchy, color theory, space, font selection, balance, alignment, etc.) to develop short and long form materials are necessary.

Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

High proficiency in InDesign and Acrobat, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is preferred.

Knowledge of basic printing and binding techniques preferred.
