PROJECT MANAGERS
are key players in relationship-driven sales of flooring products and installation services to the Single Family Rental Homes market.
Compensation Package:
Base salaryMonthly expense allowanceUncapped monthly commission based on prior month's gross profitWhat We're Looking For:
Proven success in B2B prospecting and closing new businessContacts or experience in the Single Family Residential Rental Homes space (a plus)Core Functions:
Regularly meeting with existing accounts and prospecting new customers in your assigned territoryGenerating take-offs from plans and creating estimates using estimating softwareNegotiating and providing pricing for all customersKeeping samples and sales materials organizedResolving customer and service-related issues through interaction with customers, vendors, and manufacturersAchieving and exceeding sales goalsStaying up-to-date on our products and servicesOther duties as assignedQualifications:
1-2+ years of prior outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentalityProven success in prospecting and generating new accounts, as well as closing new businessExcellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use various remote tools for businessProficiency with MS Word, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets (a plus)A clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily to various customer sites within your territoryContacts or experience in the Single Family Residential Rental Homes space (a plus)Flooring knowledge and/or prior flooring installation experience (preferred)AMAZING Benefits:
