Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.4 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and testing life cycle.Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Experience with manual testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing.Familiarity with testing tools and platforms (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.Perform regression testing to ensure software functionality remains consistent over time.Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts (if applicable).Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and issue resolution.
