RevOps Analyst - XDR Operations

You'll drive strategic growth for our US and Canadian revenue development teams and be responsible for providing analytical support, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to strategic planning efforts to drive business scalability.What you'll do:

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support business development strategies. Provide insights with regular reports for management on revenue development performance (BDR/SDR).Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the revenue development teams (BDR/SDR).Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead generation and follow-up.Coordinate and manage projects related to business development initiatives.Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of revenue development activities.Provide training and support to the business development team on operational processes and tools.About you:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a technology or SaaS company.Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper and ZoomInfo.Experience working closely with BDRs/SDRs to help define workflows, evaluate tools, and build ideal customer profiles.Experience working with Marketing teams to coordinate motions between marketing and sales for large-scale campaigns.Experience with Demandbase or other ABM platforms and incorporating them into sales motions.What's in it for you:
