Responsibilities:
Quality Control
Meeting and exceeding DRP objectives
Manage estimators, csr, and techs
Manage Accounts Receivable
Manage Open ROs
Maintain proper amount of work in process
Set and meet monthly top line sales goals
Update customers on the process of their repair
Review final product with customer
Handle any customer complaints
Manage team including recruiting, hiring and termination
Work together with the sales, parts and service departments
Maintain a clean work environment including a clean shop and tools
Minimize and track any waste, including rework
Maintain proper KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet and Material
Requirements:
Two years management experience
PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License
Some experience with CCC One
