Aspirion is seeking a Sr. BI Analyst who is looking for an opportunity to grow their skills and contribute to our continued success. The Sr. BI Analyst will design, develop, document, and support business intelligence solutions that enable data analytics, reporting, and decision-making. In this role, you engage stakeholders at all levels with curiosity, empathy, and a desire to help them solve problems. You are a systematic thinker who understands the importance of a well-designed and well-documented data environment. You have knowledge of industry best practices in self-service business intelligence, and data tools and analysis and can communicate well with the end-user community translating their needs into high performance designs.What will you provide?

Lead end-to-end analytics delivery, encompassing architecture design, development, implementation, and user experience enhancement.Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements and technical documentation for all analytics projects.Design, develop, optimize, and maintain robust data architecture and pipelines, ensuring compliance with ETL principles and business objectives.Integrate various data sources across multiple departments such as operations, finance, product, sales, and client success to enhance analytics development and scalability.Develop sophisticated data models and design patterns specifically for BI/Analytics reporting to meet evolving business requirements.Create and implement scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and DAX, focusing on interface clarity and efficiency.Ensure the quality and integrity of data, providing a reliable and accurate single source of truth for all stakeholders.Continuously refine data models and metrics to align with the evolving needs of the business.Provide support in ad-hoc analysis and prepare presentations as needed for various business purposes.Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence and Data Management tool set, with a focus on, but not limited to, Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and visualization), SQL Server, and T-SQL.Advanced knowledge of data visualization, data modeling, and data science methodologies/processes.Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and data storytelling.Well organized with exceptional time management and planning skills.Ability to develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative discipline preferred (Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, etc.)Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in data analysis preferred.Benefits

Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained.
