The Senior Bridge Engineer leads Project Engineers to solve our clients’ most difficult bridge design problems. Come join our exciting team!Position Duties and Responsibilities:Determine bridge project requirements, assist in setting the project scope and determining design budgets.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.Develop bridge design criteria and task lists for use by Project Engineers. Design complex portions of bridge and coordinate with Project Engineers to produce final construction documents.Perform quality control reviews at appropriate milestones. Review documents for completeness and consistency with company and client standards.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
or Architectural Engineering with structural emphasis
from an accredited college.Licensed PE in the location of practice.Minimum of four years bridge design experience.Kansas or Oklahoma DOT design project experience preferred.Knowledge of current bridge design criteria.
