This position is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency. This position works in the product of member and regulator-facing product documentation and other mandated materials in accordance with product intent and regulatory requirements in the ACA-regulated individual and family market. Works with consultants, technology vendors, and IT to develop, maintain, customize, and configure document production and quality control systems and processes. Provides leadership, action-orientation, and problem-solving expertise in day-to-day operations of the team. Supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.This is a Flex position (in the office 3 days a week)

The position can be located in one of the following offices:

Albuquerque, NM; Chicago, IL; Helena, MT; Richardson, TX or Tulsa, OK

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience.Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.Analytical and information synthesis skills.Experience interpreting business and financial information.Verbal and written communication and organization skills.Experience with changing assignments and priorities.PC proficiency to include MS Office products.Preferred Job Requirements:

Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.Experience working with mandated materials, templates, or other documentation in a regulated insurance marketplace.Digital knowledge and strategy development.Product development life cycle.Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into meaningful technical and user experiences.Knowledge and ability to create test cases, perform and execute user acceptance testing for pre and post project delivery.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
