Product Marketing Manager:As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding Adobe Stock's market strategies for video, audio, and video templates. You will work on business growth opportunities and define priorities for the target customer segments. As a marketer, you have a customer-centric approach, are data-driven, and have a love for crafting customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer engagement and adept at navigating complex market dynamics, exude ownership of the business goals and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence partners in a matrixed environment.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
Develop, define and lead all aspects of the go-to-market strategy for Adobe's motion products, focusing on video, audio, and video templates.Collaborate closely with product management to define product vision and influence both short-term actions and long-term planning.Gain deep insights into the motion stock industry, becoming an authority on market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.Use your storytelling prowess to connect with customers, understand their needs and address their challenges.Analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and track and assess product performance to find opportunities for improvement.Establish key performance indicators to evaluate the success of product marketing activities within the motion assets domain.Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, ensuring alignment and efficiency in all go-to-market aspects.Create a compelling vision and detailed strategy for market dominance, including:Total Addressable Market (TAM) and market share analysis and review.Detailed audience segmentation, understanding customer requirements.Identification of growth levers across product features, market strategies, geographic expansions, and partnerships.Innovative pricing and packaging strategies.Holistic marketing strategies, value propositions, and messaging.Effective distribution plans, including partnerships and ecosystem development.Engagement and retention strategies.Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or master's degree preferred.8+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market experience.A driven, proactive individual with a positive outlook and the ability to set and pursue strategic goals.Strong project management and communication skills, capable of leading initiatives and providing insightful recommendations.Creative, adaptable, and open to learning from experiences.Capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and influencing complementary teams.A strong analytical approach, skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and an extraordinary track record for problem-solving.Pay Range:$85.00 - $90.00/hourReady to make your mark?
