Product Development Leadership:

Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to drive product innovation.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through production, ensuring product quality and brand consistency.Strategic Partnerships:

Initiate and lead discussions with potential strategic partners, successfully negotiating agreements and forging strong partnerships that align with Milano Di Rouge's brand vision.Team Building and Process Optimization:

Build high-performing teams within the Product Development and Operations departments, creating efficient processes and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Inventory Management:

Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and enhance supply chain efficiency.Business Strategy and Growth:

Contribute to the overall business strategy by identifying growth opportunities, aligning product development efforts with company objectives, and developing innovative strategies to increase market share.Operational Excellence:

Streamline operational processes, including sourcing and production, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve speed-to-market.Quality Control:

Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the product development and production processes to ensure the highest product quality.Cost Negotiation:

Collaborate closely with the Design and Production teams to negotiate prices and delivery terms that improve profit margins and accelerate time-to-market.Design Direction:

Provide creative direction and input to ensure that product designs align with Milano Di Rouge's brand identity and customer preferences.Strategic Thinking:

Apply strategic thinking to guide product development initiatives, partnerships, and operational improvements that drive brand growth and competitiveness.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in leading product development teams, operations management, and successful product launches.Strong inventory management skills and strategic thinking ability.Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and building strategic partnerships.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
