Lead, Oracle ERP Integration
Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a full-time, long-term Lead for Oracle ERP Integration, to play a crucial role in the successful integration between Oracle ERP systems and other software application, databases, and systems within an organization.
Responsibilities will include leading strategic integration, oversight of development resources, and ensuring data accuracy between systems.
Job responsibilities:

Integration Strategy: Develop a comprehensive integration strategy. Identify key integration points between Oracle ERP and other applications.
·
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP and integration technologies.
Provide guidance and solutions for integration challenges.
·
System Analysis and Design:
Analyze existing systems and processes to determine integration requirements.
Design data flow, data mapping, and integration architecture.
·
Data Mapping and Transformation:
Define data transformation rules and mapping between ERP and other systems.
Ensure data consistency and integrity during integration.
·
API Development and Configuration:
Configure and develop application programming interfaces (APIs) for data exchange.
Ensure seamless communication between Oracle ERP and other systems.
·
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing to validate integration.
Identify and resolve integration issues and bugs.
·
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, procedures, and configurations.
Create integration documentation for end-users and support teams.
·
Security and Compliance:
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during integration.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws.
Job requirements:
·
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
·
10+ years industry experience, 5+ of which should be in Oracle ERP Integration projects.
·
Proven experience as an ERP Integration Lead with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud data migration.
·
Proficiency in integration technologies, including API development, ETL and middleware
·
Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee ERP integration projects.
·
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
·
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
·
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
