The Corporate Recruiter Opportunity:

As a Corporate Sales Recruiter you are the driving force of our business. We are in growth mode and that starts with you. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all our full-time National Account Executive openings.

We are looking for someone with a mix of experience in sales and recruiting (staffing or corporate). Seeking an individual that is eager and able to find, attract, recruit, and hire the best sales talent in the nation to join our Townsquare Interactive team!

What is the difference between Corporate Recruiting and Staffing?

  • This is NOT a staffing role. We do not hire temp or temp-to-perm employees.
  • We only offer full-time positions with a Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule, base salary, uncapped monthly bonus potential, and world class benefit package to those we recruit.
  • Our recruiters are NOT responsible for selling or running a “full desk”.
  • We only hire and grow our internal business!
  • As a Corporate Recruiters, you have the freedom and ability to source, screen and schedule interviews with the candidates you like!


  • Partner with managers to define recruitment strategy to find best talent based on business needs
  • Source high quality sales candidates through job boards included LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, ZipRecruiter and more
  • Review applicants and screen all candidates
  • Make 20+ dials daily to passive and active job seekers
  • Running 10+ interviews weekly
  • Working with Hiring Managers to advancing candidates through the interview process
  • Extending offers and facilitating the onboarding process
  • Accurate reporting and pipeline management through our ATS (Greenhouse)


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of high-volume sales and/or recruiting experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
  • Team player, highly competitive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
