We are targeting strong critical thinkers and problem solvers who desire a collaborative environment. As part of our Bond Trust team , this individual will interact with clients, manage month end reporting and offer new ideas to increase efficiency. The Analyst will gain exposure to our sales teams as well as senior leadership. Successful candidates will build their skill set, and have the opportunity for career advancement and development.The Analyst will work alongside team members to provide monthly accounting reporting for a group of approximately 250 clients. The analyst will ensure that financial data is accurate and reporting is executed in a timely fashion. The individual in this role will liaise with members of the technology team to develop new reports and client tools, as well as evaluate internal efficiencies. The Analyst will also:Create, monitor, and audit reports to ensure data was updated accuratelyEnsure quality control of client reports and work with manager to resolve issues/problemsCompetently access workflows, processes, and ideas to provide business operations insights and proposal for platform improvementField bond accounting questions and concerns from clientsInteract with sales and client services teams on questions/issues regarding reporting and dataRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field of studyStrong quantitative skillsExcellent communication skills in support of internal and external communications both written and verbalProven problem solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to provide excellent client service, both internally and externallyTechnical expertise in ExcelAbility to learn a variety of technical software solutions that support the Bond Trust teamExperience with VBA, SQL, Bloomberg or Intex a plusDemonstrated data and process management skills acquired through related work experience2+ years of relevant work experience with fixed income securities or accounting preferred
